Robert Worthington Butterer, 79, of Langhorne, Pennsylvania, died October 1. Survivors include a niece and her husband, Anne E. and Edan S. Rosenberg of West Windsor. Donations may be made to Plumstead Meeting House, 4914A Point Pleasant Pike, Doylestown, PA 18901.

Frances Guzy, 83, a longtime West Windsor resident, died October 1 at Brandywine Senior Living in Pennington. Survivors include two daughters and a son-in-law, Judy Guzy and Barbara and Les King; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Richard Guzy and Jeff and Laura Guzy; and five grandchildren, Trevor, Connor, Logan, Kyle and Stephanie. Marjorie Elaine Grimm Evanson, 95, of Princeton Junction died October 2. She became a registered nurse in 1934, and earned a bachelor’s degree in education in 1971 and a master’s in special education in 1973. She worked as a hospital nurse, psychiatric nurse, office nurse, public health nurse, special education teacher, and school nurse, retiring at age 81. She opened the first group home in New Jersey for individuals with mental illness.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Dustra Lee and Melvin Weinstein, her grandchildren and their spouses, Joanna Lee and Lukas Partridge, Michael Jacob and Kirsten Weinstein, Evan Scott and Tiffany St. John, Stacy and Scott Robbins, and Christopher St. John; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Anne M. DeAngelis Derrico, 85, of Plainsboro died October 3 at Pavilions at Forrestal, Plainsboro. Born in Trenton, she retired from the state after 25 years.

Survivors include her son; Joseph Derrico of Ewing Township; her daughters and a son-in-law; Joann and Jerry Salzano of Hamilton and Debra A. Mangan; of Ewing; a sister and brother-in-law; Mary and Michael Turo; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Frank J. Greber, 85, of Coopersburg, Pennsylvania, died October 4. Survivors include son and daughter-in-law, Patrick T. and Elizabeth Greber of West Windsor. Donations may be made to Parkinson’s Fund, 2100 Mack Boulevard, Allentown, PA 18103.

Shirley Patricia Kelly McKinney, 81, of Plainsboro, died October 7 at University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro. She was the store manager at Trenton State College, James Madison University, University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She was the problem solver for Barnes & Noble’s college store unit.

Survivors include her children and their spouses, Megan and Bernie DeGraaf of Estell Manor, Kerry and Pasquale Calaiaro of New Hope, PA, Kevin Kelly and Anne Verville of McClean, VA, Sean Kelly and Michele Keepe of Oakura, New Zealand, and Michael and Dino Kelly-Cataldi of Wyndmoor, PA; her life partner of 30 years, Donald Early, and ex-husband, Roger W. McKinney. Survivors also include grandchildren, Bernie and Jayna DeGraaf, Sara DeGraaf, Jason Calaiaro, David Calaiaro, Lauren Kelly, Devin Kelly, Ashley and Josh Hall, Lindsey and Zachary Treadway, Chris Palmiero, Jack Verville, and Emma Keepe-Kelly; three great-grandchildren; and her brothers and sisters-in-law, Herbert and Carol Stevens and Bruce and Sue Stevens.

Mary Ellen Burroughs Snedeker, 83, or West Windsor died October 8 at home in Grovers Mill. A 1951 graduate of Douglass College, she worked as a school social worker in the Pennington and East Windsor school districts, for the State Bureau of Child Welfare, and as a kindergarten teacher at the Chapin School in Princeton. She retired in 1994.

Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Richard S. Snedeker; their daughters Mary Jenkins Snedeker of Essex Junction, VT, and Amy Elisabeth Snedeker of Plainsboro; son, James Peter Snedeker of Sunderland, MA; grandchildren, Laurel Tentindo and her husband Luis of Los Angeles, CA, and Peter Dugan and his wife Angela of Hopkinton, MA; and her brother and sister-in-law, Peter Van W. Burroughs and Nancy of Fort Mill, SC.

Patricia Phipps Jones, 83, of West Windsor died in Orlando, Florida, on October 9. She retired as a travel agent at Kuller Travel of Princeton.

Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Harold B. Jones; her three children and their spouses, Holly and Francisco Aragon of Pompano Beach, Florida, Mindy and Robin May of Hamilton, and Tyler and Linda Jones of Orlando, Florida; seven grandchildren, Jennifer Hanson, Christopher Jones, Chelsea and Mallory May, Alexander, Fabiola, and Francine Aragon; and four great-grandchildren.

Mary M. Raybuck, 87, of West Windsor died October 14 at home.

A graduate of St. Paul’s Grammar School and Princeton High School, she was a bookkeeper for the Conover and Emmons Lumber Company in Princeton Junction. She was a member of Princeton Junction Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary, the Twin W Rescue Squad, an associate member of the West Windsor Band Parent Association, West Windsor Retiree Group, and the West Windsor Keen Agers Club.

Survivors include her sons, H. Edward Raybuck and Thomas A. Raybauck. Donations may be made to West Windsor Library, 333 North Post Road, West Windsor 08550 to purchase books for children.

Douglas N. Kershaw, 64, of Derry, New Hampshire, died October 14. He was a former Plainsboro resident. Survivors include his wife, Bonita Kershaw; three sons, Daniel N. Morrah of Australia, William and Kristie Donovan of Ridgefield, CT, and Patrick Donovan of Manchester, NH; one daughter, Bonnie-Jean and Antonio Raposo of Somerville, MA; eight grandchildren; and four siblings. Margaret M. Patterson, 101, of West Windsor died at the Hamilton Continuing Care Center on October 15. She lived on the family farm in Perrineville for 16 years and was a longtime West Windsor resident.

A graduate of St. Francis School of Nursing in 1931, she worked at St. Francis Medical Center in Trenton as a registered nurse.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Allen and Sonja Patterson of West Windsor; her granddaughter Leslie and her husband Eric Rodriguez; her great-grandson, Scott Rodriguez; and many nieces and nephews.

The funeral service is Saturday, October 20, at 11 a.m. at the Saul Colonial Home, 3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square. Visitation will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. Donations may be made to St. Francis Medical Center, 601 Hamilton Avenue, Trenton 08629.
