Sandra W. Brown, 67, of Hightstown, died March 19 at home. A graduate of Dickinson College, she was a former teacher at West Windsor-Plainsboro High School. She later co-owned and operated the Cranbury Press from 1969 until the mid 1970s, and then ran Cranbury Publications until the late 1990s. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Campbell and Kay Brown.
Norman Hughes Voorhees, 96, died March 19 at Blue Hill Hospital in Maine. Survivors include his grandson, Jeff V. Sheard and wife, Lynn, of Plainsboro; and great-grandson, Glenn T. Rose Mary Liguori Dahood, 60, of Memphis, Tennessee, formerly of West Windsor, died March 20 at Methodist Hospital in Germantown, Tennessee. A graduate of Chatham College, she received a master’s degree in political science from the University of Pennsylvania.
Survivors include her parents, Josephine and Alfonso Liguori; four brothers and one sister; her husband, Michael Dahood, and her two children, Adrian Dahood and Eliot Dahood.

Laura Ruth Konigsberg, 67, of West Windsor, died March 22 in Bear Creek Assisted Living. Born in Brooklyn, she retired as the head of Children’s Services at the New Brunswick Free Public Library after 10 years of service.

William R. (Bill) Christensen, 82, a 41-year resident of West Windsor, died March 22 at St. Mary Medical Center, Langhorne, Pennsylvania. Born in Kenosha, Wisconsin, he graduated from St. Francis College in Milwaukee. An Army veteran, he served in Okinawa during the Korean Conflict, achieving the rank of Sgt. 1st Class. Christensen retired from Carter-Wallace in Cranbury after 27 years of service.
He served as a Eucharistic minister for St. Paul Church, Princeton, for 33 years, as a lay minister to the sick at the University Medical Center at Princeton, and volunteered with Princeton Health Care Ministry. He was very active in West Windsor Little League when his sons were young, coaching several teams.
Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Emily Blanchette; four sons and daughters-in-law, Gregory and Mary Ann of Schnecksville, Pennsylvania; Randall and Dana of Huntington, Massachusetts; Darrin and Joyce of Ewing; and Gary and Kathleen of Cary, North Carolina; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Laura Ruzick of Cincinnati, Ohio; Marcia and Marc Mucelli of Princeton, and Rita and Roland Piccioni of Glassboro. Elise M. Meehan, 87, of West Windsor died March 24 in the University Medical Center at Princeton. Born in Elizabeth, she was a longtime West Windsor resident. A graduate of Battin High School in Elizabeth, she retired from ETS.

Suzanne Walling Seeman, 71, a West Windsor resident for 10 years, died March 26 at home. Born in Monmouth County, she graduated from Keyport High School in 1955.
Seeman founded International Logos, a large supplier of licensed merchandise to fraternal organizations. Recognized as a Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary International, Seeman was a member of the Denison Society in Mystic, Connecticut, original homestead of Captain George Denison, one of Connecticut’s first families.

Chester Andrew Steen, 93, above, of Walla Walla, Washington died March 24. A graduate of Washington State University with a degree in dairy husbandry, he was one of the Borden Boys at the 1939 New York World’s Fair, and was later vice president of operations at Walker Gordon Farm in Plainsboro. He also served as the first full-time clerk of Plainsboro Township, retiring in 1983.
He served as a member and president of the Plainsboro Board of Education for more than 20 years. Steen was also president of the board of managers of Cook College, the agricultural college at Rutgers University; the Mercer County Agricultural Society; the Plainsboro Lion’s Club; and the Middlesex County Grand Jury. He was a lay leader in the Plainsboro Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include daughters and sons-in-law, Joan C. and Ardel Olson of Spokane, Washington; and Nancy H. and Jeff Shelton of Peoria, Illinois; son and daughter-in-law, Robert E. and Anne Steen of St. Louis, Missouri; and daughter-in-law, Barbara Steen of Nevilleville, Pennsylvania; 10 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and a sister, Betty Lou Elkington of Lind, Washington. He is also survived by his stepdaughters and son-in-law, Carma Carlson of Olympia, Washington, and Martha and Dick Dybdahl of Puyallup, Washington; six step grandchildren; and nine step great grandchildren.
