Hair Illusions is celebrating its 25th year in business. The salon, which specializes in cuts, color perms, highlights, low lights, updos and more, has been located at 229 Lawrence Road for 17 years now. It moved to the larger space from its original home on Princeton Avenue next to Lawrence Cleaners.
Head stylist and owner Gene McKeever, who resides in Hamilton, and originally from Ewing, attributes the salon’s success to his loyal and faithful clients.
Some of his clients have been with him for decades and he is also now seeing third-generation clients.
