John G. C. Rutledge, 15, of South Plainfield died January 23. A student at Community Middle School, he was a Special Olympic gold medalist.

Lisa L. Johnson, 59, of West Windsor died January 23 in the University Medical Center at Princeton. Born in Worcester, Massachusetts, she lived in East Windsor from 1977 to 1985, and then moved to West Windsor.
A graduate of New England Deaconess Hospital School of Nursing, she worked as a registered nurse at Memorial Hospital in Worcester, taught nursing at Mary Hitchcock School of Nursing in Hanover, New Hampshire, and worked in the operating room for the University Medical Center at Princeton.
Survivors include her husband Jerry L. Johnson; a brother and sister-in-law, David A. and Arlene Sjosten of Worcester, MA; a nephew and his wife, John and Laura Sjosten of Douglasville, PA; and a niece and her husband, Sara and Bobby Hazelton of Worcester, MA.

Marilyn Osher Brody, 72, died January 27 at the Pavilion at Forrestal in Plainsboro. Born in Brooklyn, she lived in Whitehouse Station and Monroe.
