David J. Hall, 93, of Tucson, Arizona, died at home on February 2. Survivors include son and daughter-in-law Tom and Judy Hall of Plainsboro.
Robert E. Albietz, 94, of West Windsor died February 2 in the University Medical Center at Princeton. Born and raised in Jersey City, he lived in Kendall Park before moving to Bear Creek Assisted Living in West Windsor.
Retired from Stauffer Chemical Company in Bayonne where he was a supervisor in the shipping and receiving department, he was a volunteer with Princeton Health Care System since 2000.

Janet E. Bellotti, 81, of Hawthorne died February 4. Survivors include son and daughter-in-law Robert and Jennifer Bellotti of West Windsor. Donations may be made to the Valley Hospital in Ridgewood.
Charles Marshall Hayes, 88, of Plainsboro died February 7. Born in Blanford, Illinois, he became a pilot when he was 15, and graduated from Indiana State University. He flew commercial flights, was a flight instructor, a high school librarian, and a social studies teacher.
Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Lois Farquharson Hayes, a son and son-in-law Stuart and Lance Chen-Hayes of Plainsboro, and a daughter and son-in-law Alison Hayes and Jim Coursey of Candler, North Carolina. Donations may be made to a public library.
John G. Kellogg, 97, of Princeton died February 7 at the University Medical Center at Princeton. He was the first honorary member of the Plainsboro Rescue Squad.
Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, he graduated from Princeton University, Class of 1932, with his friends Jimmy Stewart and Laurence Rockefeller.
Survivors include his wife Babs Covey; daughters Judy Medina and Prudence Krause; four grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, March 1, at 11 a.m., at the Princeton University Chapel. Reception will follow at the Nassau Club, Mercer Street, Princeton. Donations may be made to Princeton University, Class of 1932.
Francis J. Behling Jr., 81, died February 8 at Martin Memorial Hospital South in Stuart, Florida. Survivors include his daughter, Susan Coulter of West Windsor. Donations may be made to St. Luke’s Episcopal Church Scholarship Fund, 5150 East Railway Avenue, Stuart, FL 34997.
Richard M. Wood, 55, of West Windsor died February 9 at home. Born in Princeton, he had resided in Princeton Junction for the past 19 years.
Survivors include his wife Alice S. Nippins Wood; son Richard M. Wood Jr.; daughters Danielle C. Wood and Michelle L. Wood, all of West Windsor; brothers and sisters-in-law Thomas and Chris Wood of East Windsor, Robert and Deanna Wood of Yardville; and his brother Bucky Wood and his fiancee Sandy Barber of Hamilton; father and mother-in-law, Carmon and Edna Nippins of Columbus; brother-in-law Edward Nippins and spouse Jean of Burlington; and several nieces and nephews.

Charles “Smitty” Smith, 84, of Monroe died February 15 in the University Medical Center at Princeton. Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Ronnie and Drew Staffenberg of West Windsor
Debra A. Heil, 51, of Plainsboro died February 16 in Raritan Bay Hospital. Born in Bethlehem, she received her masters degree in mathematics and computer science from Muhlenberg College and was a software engineer for A.B.B. Power T & D for many years.
Survivors include her mother Marjorie Henriques; son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Arielle Heil of Plainsboro; son, Thomas Heil of Plainsboro; and sisters, Donna Ellis and April Fernandez, both of California.
