The reimbursement controversy has brought to light minute details of expenses incurred by West Windsor officials. Here’s a sampling from the public record:##M:[more]##

Linda Geevers: In addition to the 2005 League of Municipalities expenses, Geevers was also reimbursed $15 for the parking fee associated with the 2006 convention; $8 at the Trenton Parking Authority in March, 2007 for attending a redevelopment forum; and $27.76 for a two-drawer filing cabinet in 2007.

Heidi Kleinman: Kleinman was reimbursed for $146.52 in hotel expenses, four taxi trips totaling $42, and meals totaling $98 corresponding to the 2005 League of Municipalities convention. The meals included $18 for the luncheon and two dinner receipts — one of which was paid for using her husband’s credit card for Dock’s Oyster House for a two-person dinner costing $86.08, and a dinner for two at another restaurant for $74 — which were divided in half for only her portion of the meals, $37 and $43, respectively.

Kleinman was also reimbursed $16 for travel expenses, $35 in food expenses and $132 in hotel for the 2006 conference; $22 for the parking fee at the hotel, $35 for the luncheon, and $35 for one day of food at the 2007 conference (receipts for a bill for $81 for her half of a dinner for two at the Red Square in Atlantic City, and $25 for her half of a two-person dinner for $50 at Phillips Seafood were included in the township files with the 2007 conference reimbursements, but no purchase orders to fund those reimbursements were found in those records); $198 for two one-way Amtrak train tickets at $99 each to attend the “Rush Holt Conference” in Washington, D.C., in 2005; and $175 for a registration fee for attending the Clean Energy Conference and Leadership Awards in 2006 in New Brunswick.

Mayor Shing-Fu Hsueh: $136.10 in hotel expenses for the 2008 League of Municipalities conference at the Taj Mahal in April; two parking fees for $5 and $8; and a $4 parking fee at the NJ Future Redevelopment Forum in New Brunswick in February.

Charles Morgan: In addition to the conference call and lunch, Morgan was reimbursed in 2002 for the purchase of a girls softball banner costing $210.94 at Kinko’s.

Will Anklowitz and George Borek: No records of reimbursement were submitted.
