Bernard P. McNeilly of West Windsor has been named a regional business manager at Parsons Brinckerhoff based in West Windsor. He is responsible for the company’s business activities in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Kevin Pasquale of Plainsboro has been named regional account manager for Flo-Tech, headquartered in Middletown, Connecticut, with responsibility for sales activity across New Jersey. The company provides innovative print management and infrastructure solutions to more than 5,”000 clients nationwide. Pasquale was previously the director of business development for Solomon-Page Group.
