Rising juniors Kelly Cave, a student at High School South, and Sana Nadeem, a student at North, are going to England, Ireland, and Wales this summer with People to People. The girls were both nominated to People to People through their high schools.##M:[more]##
The girls had not known each other previously, but in one of their first People to People meetings the girls quickly discovered that they went to high school in the same district and were both members of their school’s fencing team. Cave, who fenced sabre, and Nadeem, who fenced foil this past season, looked for each other at fencing tournaments and school matches throughout the season.
