Harveen Bhatla of West Windsor; Bernard Smolowitz, and Rong Wang, both of Plainsboro, received New Jersey Real Estate Association silver awards and Keller Williams gold awards for sales productions. All three were also recognized with Millionaire’s Club triple gold awards at the National Keller Williams convention. William Usab of West Windsor was also honored with triple gold awards. Helene Fazio of West Windsor was awarded a place in the New Jersey Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence at the gold level for the second year in a row. She was also recognized as one of the top 50 sales associates with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, and received the International President Elite status.
Mildred “Millie” Beauford of West Windsor joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Princeton Junction office. Her past experience includes 20 years in financial management and operations and 10 years of property investment and management. Beauford is a member of the New Jersey Association of Realtors, Mercer County Board of Realtors, and TREND MLS. She is a volunteer with the local chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Association, and supports the United Way, Veteran’s Administration, the American Red Cross, and the West Windsor Schools’ African American Parent Support Group.
