John B. La Selle, 85, of West Windsor died May 24 in Florida. Born in Georgetown, New York, he was a West Windsor resident for 35 years.
A graduate of Rider College, he served in the Army during World War II. He was an elder and choir member at First Presbyterian Church of Dutch Neck. He was a member of the West Windsor Keenagers and the Triordinal group at the Trenton YMCA.
Besides working for John A. Roebling, Ward Foods, and Lever Brothers, he was a real estate salesman and broker for many years. La Selle taught chair caning through the Hightstown Historical Society.
Survivors include sons, Paul La Selle of Robbinsville, and David La Selle and his wife Caryn of Illinois; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a brother-in-law, Dallas Fogg of Minnesota; a niece, Carolyn Splane of New York; a nephew, Howard Case of Florida; cousins in Maryland, South Carolina, and Florida; and his companion Marjorie Harwood.

Thomas A. Mount Jr., 89, of Sylvatus, Virginia died June 5 at home. Born in Plainsboro, he lived in the area for 73 years before moving to Virginia.

Johanne Mount of Sylvatus, VA; daughter and son-in-law, Gail and Gerry Hare of Whiting; sons and daughters-in-law, Thomas A. and Linda Mount III of Florida, Patrick and Natasha Ervin of Robbinsville, Brian and Diane Mount of Fairless Hills, PA, Alan and April Mount of Dublin, Virginia; sons Charles Ervin Jr. of New Egypt, and Adam Mount of Sylvatus, Virginia; 12 grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
John P. McCullough, 81, of Plainsboro died June 6 at his Windrows. Born in Dallas, he moved to the Princeton area from Bartlesville, Oklahoma in 1963.
He graduated from Oklahoma University in 1945 with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and received a master’s degree in chemical engineering and doctorate in chemistry from Oregon State University.
McCullough worked at the U.S. Bureau of Mines in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, and joined Mobil Oil Corporation. He retired in 1989 as general manager of environmental health and safety, Mobil Oil Corporation, and vice president, Mobil Research and Development Corporation.
He contributed 90 articles to scientific journals and books and served as chairman or member of boards of the Chemical Industry Institute of Toxicology, International Petroleum Industry Environmental Conservation Association, World Environment Center, Institute of Health Policy Analysis at Georgetown University, Gordon Research Conference, and American Chemical Society Committee on Chemistry and Public Affairs. A director of Mobil Foundation and of Heico Corporation, he was a trustee of the Stony Brook-Millstone Watershed Association and a Woodrow Wilson Foundation visiting fellow.
McCullough’s honors include the Distinguished Service Award of the U.S. Department of the Interior, the Huffman Award of the International Calorimetry Conference, and the American Chemical Society’s Award in Petroleum Chemistry and its Leo Friend Award.
Survivors include his wife, Ann Calvert McCullough; daughters Sherrill M. Davis of Haverford, Pennsylvania, Cathryn M. Delude of Andover, Massachusetts, and Patricia McCullough of New York City; and grandchildren Philip M. Delude, Patricia M. Delude, and Michael Gene Davis.

Russell J. Alaimo, 63, of Monmouth Junction died June 7 at University Medical Center at Princeton. Born in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania, he was a former resident of West Windsor. A graduate of Rutgers University, he was the proprietor of Neighborhood Values and a security analyst for Freedom Systems.
Survivors include his wife Sharon Mayer Alaimo; a son, Jonathan Alaimo of Boca Raton, Florida; two daughters, Meredith Alaimo of Atlanta, Georgia, and Alyssa Alaimo of Portsmith, New Hampshire; a brother William Alaimo of Waverly, Pennsylvania; and two sisters, Elizabeth Predeger of Anchorage, Alaska, and Anne Perrige of Vetnor.

Opal A. Schrader, 100, of Danville, Pennsylvania died June 10 in the Emmanuel Center For Nursing and Rehabilitation, Danville. Born in Perth Amboy, she was a resident of West Windsor from 1952 until 2003.
