Womanspace and the West Windsor Police Department seek volunteers for the domestic violence victim response team (DVVRT) and Sexual Assault Support Services Advocate Team (SASS). The team members respond to local police stations or hospitals to meet with victims.
Applicants must be 18 or older, possess a valid driver’s license, be willing to be on-call a minimum of two to four shifts per month, and submit to a background investigation, including fingerprinting. All successful applicants will undergo an 80-hour mandatory/certification training course held over a six-week period. Princeton Dance and Studio presents two one-week intensive acting sessions with Jody Wood, a professional actor with more than 30 years experience in film, theater, and television.
