Saundra Lafferty has joined Weidel’s West Windsor office as the broker manager. ##M:[more]##Her experience in the real estate field includes residential home sales, new construction, land development, and commercial sales and rentals. Lafferty acquired her real estate license 20 years ago and received her broker’s license in 2000. She has been a member of the New Jersey Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence and holds several designations including Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI).
Elizabeth McHugh, Donna Moskowitz and Anna Shulkina, sales associates in Weichert Realtors’ West Windsor office, recently received recognition for regional and office achievements. Moskowitz, who led the office in sales, revenue units, and marketed listings for the month, also earned the regional award for top resale revenue units. Shulkina earned the office’s awards for listings sold and dollar volume in May. McHugh was named top listings associate in the office.
