Plainsboro Public Library seeks favorite recipes for “The Kitchens of Plainsboro Township,” a cookbook celebrating the town’s diversity. The book will include as many recipes as possible and each must follow a standard cookbook format, including a specific list of ingredients, amounts and utensils needed, cooking time, and serving suggestions.
